Langra Mango Salsa
Slightly firm, tart Langra makes the best salsa, bright lime, chilli and coriander.

Ingredients
- 2 just-ripe Langra mangoes, diced small
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1 green chilli, deseeded and minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Small handful of coriander, chopped
- Sea salt to taste
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Rest 10 minutes for flavours to meld.
- Serve with grilled fish, tacos or simply with poppadoms.
