Langra Mango Salsa

Slightly firm, tart Langra makes the best salsa, bright lime, chilli and coriander.

Ingredients

  • 2 just-ripe Langra mangoes, diced small
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 green chilli, deseeded and minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Small handful of coriander, chopped
  • Sea salt to taste

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Rest 10 minutes for flavours to meld.
  3. Serve with grilled fish, tacos or simply with poppadoms.
