Delivery of fresh airfreighted fruit is scheduled, not on-demand. Reading this page before you book gives you a realistic picture of the timing, not a marketing promise.
The Sunday to Wednesday arrivals
Fresh Pakistani mango consignments arrive through the season. Most volume goes into our UK wholesale network; direct customer orders are allocated from the freshest available arrival. PakMango dispatches Monday to Thursday across mainland UK, and the carrier's expected delivery follows dispatch. Carrier delays are possible, so delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Where we deliver
Standard delivery covers mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands can usually be quoted on request and often take an extra working day. International addresses are not offered.
Tracking, safe-place and missed deliveries
You receive an email with a carrier tracking link when your carton is handed to the courier. From there you can pick a safe place, redirect to a neighbour or reschedule using the carrier's own tracking tools where the service supports it. If you nominate a safe place, the carrier attempts delivery there when nobody is home.
If a delivery date changes
The delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate. Airfreight, customs and courier operations can shift a date by a day. When we know a change is happening, we email affected customers. If a carton arrives in unusable condition, contact support with a photo and we will resolve it under our published refund policy.
