1. About us
Ashers Hub Ltd (trading as PakMango, "we", "us") is registered in England and Wales. By using our site or reserving cartons, you agree to these terms.
2. Reservations
Placing a reservation holds your cartons against the weekly allocation for 30 minutes. To confirm the reservation, you must save a valid payment card. If no card is saved within 30 minutes, stock is automatically released.
3. Payment
We do not charge your card at the moment of reservation. Your card is charged automatically 5 days before the scheduled dispatch date. If the charge fails, we will retry up to 3 times across 24 hours. You may update your card at any time from your reservation page.
4. Dispatch and delivery
Cartons are dispatched on the date shown on your reservation page. We deliver only within mainland Great Britain. Delivery is performed by a third-party courier; transit times vary by region.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel a reservation at any time before your card is charged, free of charge. Once payment has been completed, no right of withdrawal applies due to the perishable nature of fresh mangoes. See our Refund & Complain Policy for full details.
6. No Right of Withdrawal (Perishable Goods)
In accordance with UK consumer law exemptions for perishable goods, once your order has been placed and payment completed, the standard cooling-off period does not apply and refunds are not provided under normal circumstances. By completing a purchase you explicitly agree to this exemption.
7. Quality & Complaints
We dispatch 100% fresh mangoes, packed at optimal ripeness. If your box arrives with serious quality issues (completely rotten, severely damaged, or unfit for consumption), contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo and, where possible, video evidence plus your order number. Approved complaints may be resolved via a partial refund, credit toward a future order, or replacement box (subject to weekly allocation). Full refunds are not generally provided.
