1. About us
Ashers Hub Ltd (trading as PakMango.Com, "we", "us") is registered in England and Wales under company number 17204476. By using our site or reserving cartons, you agree to these terms.
2. Reservations and payment
Placing an order holds your cartons for 30 minutes. To confirm your order, you must complete payment in full at checkout. Payment is collected immediately upon successful checkout. If no payment is completed within the hold window, your cartons are automatically released and made available to other customers.
3. How payment works
Your card is charged in full the moment you complete checkout. Once payment succeeds, your order is confirmed and your cartons cannot be sold to another customer. There is no further payment to take before dispatch. If payment fails at checkout, no order is confirmed and you are not charged.
4. Dispatch and delivery
Cartons are dispatched on the date shown on your reservation page. We deliver only within mainland Great Britain. Delivery is performed by a third-party courier; transit times vary by region.
4a. Safe Place Delivery (perishable goods)
Because fresh mangoes are perishable, you must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery on the scheduled date, or that a suitable safe place is available at your address. At checkout you must authorize our courier to leave your parcel in a suitable safe place at your delivery address (for example a front porch, entrance area, reception, or other reasonably secure location) if nobody is available to receive it. The courier will use reasonable judgement when selecting a safe location.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that fresh mangoes are perishable goods and that you are responsible for: (i) providing an accurate delivery address; (ii) ensuring access to the delivery location; and (iii) collecting the parcel as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Risk in the goods transfers to you on successful delivery to the address, including delivery to a safe place recorded by the carrier in accordance with the delivery instructions and applicable carrier procedures. Where delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect, access is unavailable, delivery instructions cannot be followed, or you cannot be contacted where required, we may not be able to guarantee the quality of the fruit due to its perishable nature. Any available redelivery, collection, or alternative arrangements are subject to the carrier's operational policies. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law. 5. Cancellations
Because payment is taken immediately to confirm your order, cancellations after successful payment are subject to our Refund & Complain Policy. Once payment has been completed, no right of withdrawal applies due to the perishable nature of fresh mangoes.
6. No Right of Withdrawal (Perishable Goods)
In accordance with UK consumer law exemptions for perishable goods, once your order has been placed and payment completed, the standard cooling-off period does not apply and refunds are not provided under normal circumstances. By completing a purchase you explicitly agree to this exemption.
7. Quality & Complaints
We dispatch 100% fresh mangoes, packed at optimal ripeness. If your box arrives with serious quality issues (completely rotten, severely damaged, or unfit for consumption), contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo and, where possible, video evidence plus your order number. Approved complaints may be resolved via a partial refund, credit toward a future order, or replacement box (subject to availability). Full refunds are not generally provided.
