1. Delivery of fresh produce

PakMango.Com delivers fresh, perishable mangoes that require timely receipt and handling. Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery on the scheduled delivery date, or that a suitable safe place is available at the delivery address.

2. Safe place delivery

If nobody is available to receive the parcel, our delivery partner may leave the parcel in a safe location at the delivery address where this is operationally possible and permitted by the carrier. Examples may include:

Where delivery cannot be completed because:

PakMango.Com does not offer a re-delivery service. Once a delivery attempt has been made or the parcel has been left at the delivery address in line with the courier's safe-place procedures, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. Because mangoes are perishable, PakMango.Com may not be able to guarantee the quality of fruit that is not promptly retrieved.

5. Risk transfer

Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the delivery address, including delivery to a safe place recorded by the carrier in accordance with the delivery instructions and applicable carrier procedures.

6. Fresh produce limitation

Because mangoes are highly perishable products, PakMango.Com cannot accept responsibility for deterioration occurring after successful delivery has been completed and documented by the carrier. This does not affect any rights that customers may have under applicable UK consumer protection laws.

7. Checkout acceptance

Before completing an order, customers must confirm:
