Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Dosehri mangoes, flesh only
  • 1 banana
  • 30 g rolled oats
  • 250 ml oat milk
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed

Method

  2. Let it sit for 1 minute so the oats thicken.
  3. Pour and drink straight away.
