Sindhri Mango Lassi
The classic, thick, tangy yoghurt lassi sweetened only by ripe Sindhri.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe Sindhri mangoes, flesh only
- 300 g cold full-fat yoghurt
- 100 ml whole milk
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- Ice cubes
Method
- Blend mango flesh, yoghurt, milk and cardamom until smooth.
- Taste, only add honey if the mangoes are slightly under-ripe.
- Pour over ice and serve with a dusting of cardamom.
