Local delivery zones
PakMango couriers serve London including Southall, Hounslow, Ealing, Wembley, Tooting, Ilford and East Ham.
Proof of delivery
Every drop-off requires a photo, signature and GPS confirmation in the courier app. Records are immutable and visible to the customer.
Courier network standards
Read the courier handbook and code of conduct during onboarding. Cartons must be handled with care, and customer ID confirmed at the door.
Payouts
Couriers are paid per completed delivery with weekly payouts. Rates depend on delivery zone and time slot; full rates are shared at onboarding.
