How are couriers paid?
Couriers are paid per completed delivery with weekly payouts. Rates depend on the delivery zone and time slot; full rates are shared during onboarding.
What vehicles can I use?
Car, van, moped or e-bike. The vehicle must be insured for business use, roadworthy, and large enough to carry insulated mango cartons securely.
How does proof of delivery work?
Every drop-off requires a photo, signature and GPS-stamped confirmation in the courier app. These records are immutable and visible to the customer in their order page.
How long does the application take to review?
Applications are typically reviewed within 2–5 working days once your documents (ID, right to work, licence, insurance) are uploaded.
Can I work flexible hours?
Yes. You pick your delivery slots from those available in your zone. There is no minimum weekly commitment.
What happens if a customer isn't home?
