How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is charged separately at checkout. Delivery rates are calculated based on your location and order size. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed before payment.
Who delivers my mangoes?
Deliveries are handled by local couriers for certain areas and by trusted nationwide delivery partners across the rest of the country. Your order confirmation shows the expected delivery and any available tracking.
When will my mangoes arrive?
Your expected delivery is shown on the product page, at checkout and in your order confirmation. Dates are based on the next available dispatch and are estimates.
When will my mangoes be dispatched?
We run a daily arrivals: Fresh consignments arrive from Pakistan daily. Prepared at the relevant Sindh or Punjab orchards from Monday, airfreighted to the UK midweek, then handed to tracked courier dispatch Monday to Thursday for mainland UK. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Your product page and checkout show the estimated dispatch and delivery.
Can I choose a delivery date?
You cannot select a specific delivery date yet. We show your expected delivery before you pay.
What happens if I'm not home?
By placing an order, you authorise the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or in another location considered appropriate by the courier if no one is available to receive the delivery. PakMango.Com does not offer re-delivery services. Once a delivery attempt has been made or the parcel has been left at the delivery address, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information and courier updates where available.
How long does fulfilment take from harvest?
Once a variety is harvested in Pakistan, fruit is airfreighted to the UK, cleared, graded and packed at our UK facility before dispatch. From harvest to your door is typically several days, with the exact timing varying by variety and flight schedule. Your product page and order confirmation show the next dispatch and expected delivery, and we email you at each key step, order received, allocated to a dispatch, and on its way.
What tracking and allocation updates will I receive?
After payment you'll receive an order confirmation showing the dispatch your carton is allocated to and the expected delivery. As your fruit moves through grading and packing we'll email an allocation update if anything changes. Once your carton is dispatched, you'll receive a separate email with the courier's tracking link where available, so you can follow it through to delivery.
Which areas use local couriers and which use nationwide partners?
Selected London postcodes and some nearby areas are served by our local courier network. The rest of the country is delivered by trusted nationwide delivery partners. To confirm coverage for your address, enter your postcode at checkout, the available delivery option, expected delivery and shipping cost are shown before payment.
What if I miss the delivery or need to reschedule?
By placing an order you authorise the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or in another location considered appropriate by the courier if no one is available to receive the delivery. Where the courier supports it, the tracking link from your dispatch email lets you leave delivery instructions or arrange an alternative attempt directly with them. PakMango.Com does not offer re-delivery services, and once a delivery attempt has been made or the parcel has been left at the address, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
